My name is Drew Tyler.  In the immortal words of Steve Martin, I was born a poor little black child, ok actually I wasn’t.  I was born a middle class white child and turned into a 35 year old married white guy.  I like to think I am tolerant, but thoughtful and not afraid to say what needs to be said.  Feel free to post a comment, keep it clean and think before you type.  We don’t do enough thinking sometimes and it has put us in the situation we currently find ourselves.  I will get on and off my soapbox as necessary and try to keep it light from time to time.  Sports has been an important part of my life since I was a child and it will be an important part of this blog.  Lastly, if one writes a blog on the internet and nobody reads it can it really be seen?
